Step By Step Updating Your Birth Date
We understand technology can be frustrating and we want you to pamper your horse and yourself with your High Point Rewards with as little worries as possible.
Step By Step Point Redeeming
Here is the step by step guide to making sure you are getting your points!
Step 1:
Click on the High Point Rewards Launcher on the bottom left of any screen you are in on our website. A pop up will open so you can sign into your High Point Rewards.
Step 2:
Once the High Points Rewards Launcher pops up and you have signed in, you can see your existing points and if you have enough points incurred, you can Click on "Ways to Redeem".
Step 3:
After Clicking "Ways To Redeem", you can choose the amount of points you would like to use to redeem for Coupons off.
We have $5, $10, $15, $20 and $25 options. Minimum amount of points is 100 to redeem to get $5 off and to a Maximum of 500 points to be able to redeem at $25.
Once you have chosen the redemption points, hit the "Redeem" button.
Step 4:
After hitting the "Redeem" button, your reward will show up in the High Point Rewards Launcher. It will stay in there until you are ready to use it.
*Points Expire after 1 Year or 365 Days from time of receiving the points not the coupon, so be sure to use them up!
Step 5:
Redeeming Points is easy. When you are ready to use the Coupon, open the High Point Rewards Launcher.
Click on the Coupon and it will give you a Code. Click the "Apply" Button and it will go into your shopping cart for when you are ready to check out once you have chosen all your items.
If you decide not to use the Code on that order, you can delete it off your cart and save for another time.

Step By Step Referring a Friend
Here is the step by step guide to getting your friends points to pamper them and their pony too!
Step 1:
Click on the High Point Rewards Launcher on the bottom left of any screen you are in on our website. A pop up will open so you can sign into your High Point Rewards.
Step 2:
Once the High Points Rewards Launcher pops up and you have signed in, you can see your existing points, Ways to Earn, Ways to Redeem and Refer your Friends. Click on "Refer your Friends".
Step 3:
After Clicking "Refer your Friends", you can choose to send the Email Code manually by clicking the double square box that is the copy button and sending it any way you like.
Or
You can click any of the 3 icons under the Email Code:
- Facebook Icon - Share your code on your Facebook Feed.
- Twitter Icon - Share your code on your Twitter Feed.
- Email Icon - Direct links pop up to your email to share your code to whatever friends you choose.
*Important Reminder: Any Referrals given must be with first time purchasers or the referral will not count for a coupon. Please be sure to read our High Point Rewards Terms & Conditions to be informed on our program.

Step By Step Updating Your Birth Date
Here is the step by step guide to Updating Your Birth Date.
Step 1:
Click on the High Point Rewards Launcher on the bottom left of any screen you are in on our website. A pop up will open so you can sign into your High Point Rewards.
Step 2:
Once the High Points Rewards Launcher pops up and you have signed in, you can click on "Ways To Earn".
Step 3:
After Clicking "Ways To Earn", you will see a button that says "Edit Date" beside Celebrate a Birthday. Click that button.
Step 4:
After hitting the "Edit Date" button, you can update your birthday information and then click the "save" button below.
Once done, everything will be updated and you will receive your Birthday Rewards automatically on your birthday.
