Order Cancellation Policy


At Horse Gear Canada Ltd. we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order before it is shipped. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible. If you decide to cancel your order, please be aware of the following terms:
  1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped.
  2. Processing Fee: A 3% fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order to cover credit card processing fees incurred at the time of your purchase.
  3. Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received, we will process your refund, minus the 3% processing fee, and you will see the funds returned to your original payment method.
  4. How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at info@horsegearcanada.com or reply to your order confirmation email with your cancellation request.

Return/Refund Policy

If there is an issue with the items you have received and/or you have questions about your items, please contact Horse Gear Canada.  We will be happy to help you with any questions you have.

If there is an item you would like to return, please contact us to obtain an authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns made within 10 days of receipt of the item, and 10% on returns made within 11-30 days.  Items must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. For orders that are shipped to you for "Free shipping > $250 CAD", the amount of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.   Consumable items are final sale.  

All return fees (shipping, brokerage, etc) will be deducted from the refund if we send you a prepaid label.

There are no returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days.

Items on sale/clearance are final sale.
