How it works:

  • Sprinkle Daily Defense onto Desired Areas
  • Use a curry brush or your hands and massage into the skin and coat using a circular motion
  • If using as a remedy, leave on continuously, apply more as needed to maintain coverage
  • For difficult to reach areas such as the midline of the belly or legs, shake the powder onto your hand and apply directly to the desired areas. Be sure to massage into the coat and down to the skin
  • When using under saddle pads, wraps, or sports medicine boots, apply generously and leave on
  • To freshen boots, saddle pads, helmets, or any other equipment, apply generously and leave out in the sun or fresh air to dry

 

Sensitive Skin:

Unlike many waterless cleaners that use harsh alcohols or heavy perfumes, Equiderma Daily Defense Horse Dry Shampoo is pH-balanced and soap-free. It uses an Organic Neem Tea base to soothe the skin while it cleanses, making it ideal for "thin-skinned" horses.

 

Using Equiderma Daily Defense Horse Dry Shampoo:

Our professional-grade formula is designed to encapsulate dirt and then evaporate completely. It leaves the coat soft, silky, and "breathable" without the silicone-heavy film that many other sprays leave behind.

For tough stains, spray the area generously and allow it to sit for about 60 seconds to break down the organic matter. Then, use a clean towel to briskly "curry" the area. The stain lifts right onto the towel, leaving the hair bright and clean.

Because it contains Neem, it does more than just clean the surface. It helps lift and remove the dander and skin scales that accumulate under heavy blankets, keeping the skin healthy and refreshed all season long.
