How It Works:
The mixing tip attaches directly to the EasyCare adhesive cartridge and dispensing gun. As you squeeze the trigger, the two compounds are pushed through the tip, where they are automatically blended. By the time the adhesive exits the nozzle, it’s fully mixed and ready for application.
Pro Tip: Always keep extras on hand, once adhesive cures inside the nozzle, the tip cannot be reused.

The mix Rios I had ordered were the green insides, the ones that showed up were clear and white, unsure of the difference but they are different from what I normally use

Thank you for reaching out. The white tips you received are Equilox medium mixing tips. They are the exact equivalent of the green EasyCare acrylic mixing tips you ordered and are fully compatible with your adhesive.
EasyCare has experienced lengthy periods of being out of stock of its mixing tips this year. Rather than leave customers unable to use their glue-on shoes, we have been substituting the equivalent Equilox tips when necessary.
I apologize that the tips arrived without packaging or an explanation. We should have included a note identifying them and confirming their compatibility, as I completely understand why you would hesitate to use an unfamiliar product and risk wasting your glue.
You can use the Equilox tips with confidence—they will mix and dispense the adhesive in the same manner as the EasyCare tips.
